A dairyfree brunch with my chocolate lime spread made with just dark 70% chocolate, muscovado sugar and freshly squeezed lime zest and juice. Served on my cinnamon & orange swirl spelt bread with lime strawberries, this is a heavenly treat perfect for Wimbledon season!  Always bringing paper engineering into everything, the 'Brunch' 'Munch' lettering was created using cut out newspaper letters to create a stencil and then dusting cinnamon through my paper stencil!
