Temperature controlled shops, brimming with heavenly truffles of every exotic flavour (Jasmin, basil, green cayenne, bay, rose & pepper...). Grand Sablln is a hidden paradise where all the very best chocolate shops seem to be located. Not just a giant cat (above) but a chocolate giant cat! Circus troops provided much entertainment during the afternoon and the Royal Palace was a true fairytale! Overall, fantastic inspiration for more paper engineering!
