Based on a sketch of Wren's house opposite St Paul's Cathedral, London. Wren was supposed to have lived there while St Paul's was being built (so he could watch over the construction). My dream house, so I decided to re-create in gingerbread creating my own recipe! Also glutenfree and dairyfree (Vegan) but super tasty packed with spices, muscovado sugar and molasses and even the glass windows are edible!
